Reductions
A reduction is a discount granted on the price of a product or service or on the total amount of an invoice. KWEEKK provides its community with benchmark and preferential discount rates on various products and services available from its Partners of the Plus Growth International Network (PPGIN).
WHERE CAN I FIND THESE REDUCTIONS?
After registering and logging in, you can access the reduction on the KWEEKK home page. A search bar is available to help you find reductions on various items, products and services.
Example; It's the weekend and I want to do some food shopping for the house, what should I do? I log on to KWEEKK and search in the "food" category. All reductions on food products available around you will be displayed and it's up to you to choose the reduction that suits you best, depending on your finances and your geographical location.
HOW TO BENEFIT FROM A REDUCTION?
HOW TO CREATE A REDUCTION?
- Once you have registered and logged in to KWEEKK;
- Access the menu by clicking on your profile image, then click on "My Sales Points". If you do not yet have a Sales Point, please create one (See how to create a sales point on the KWEEKK platform);
- Once your sales point is created and put online by the KWEEKK Back Office, click on it;
- Then click on "Create a reduction" and fill in the form;
- Finally, click on "Add" to complete the creation of your reduction.
- Once your reduction is created, you can instantly make it accessible and available to the KWEEKK Community by clicking on the "Change" button.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR REDUCTIONS ON KWEEKK?
All members of the KWEEKK Community can benefit from the reductions available on the platform (see how to join the KWEEKK Community).
HOW TO APPLY A REDUCTION
- For a reduction created, here's how to apply it to a user:
- Access the menu by clicking on your profile image, then click on "My Sales Points";
- Click on your Sales point and all your reductions will be displayed. Then click on the reduction that the user wishes to benefit;
- Click on the "Apply this reduction" button;
- Enter the subscriber's KWEEKK username and the initial amount of his/her bill;
- The KWEEKK amount and the number of Bonus Points required will be displayed automatically;
- Enter a comment if you have one;
- Then click on the "Apply" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a notification confirming that the reduction has been applied.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE HISTORY OF A REDUCTION?
- Here's how to check the history of a reduction you've created:
- Display the menu by clicking on your profile image and click on "My Sales Points";
- Then click on your sales point to display your various reductions;
- Click on the reduction whose history you wish to consult;
- Click on "History" to view details of all the times the reduction was applied.
