The KWEEKK Community (KC)

The KWEEKK Community (KC) is a cybernetic group created by KWEEKK, made up of users and subscribers of the KWEEKK offer.

Who can join the kweekk community (kc)?

Any individual, group of individuals, establishment or company can join the KWEEKK Community (KC) in order to benefit from the reductions offered on the platform.

How to join the kweekk community (kc)?

Register on KWEEKK;
Log in to your account;
Subscribe to one of KWEEKK's digital packages;
Take advantage of the reference and preferential services offered by the platform and its Partners of the Plus Growth International Network (PPGIN) through reductions.

How to subscribe for a package?

Display the menu by clicking on your profile image, then click on "Buy a package";
On the KWEEKK Fee Grid that appears, choose a package and click on it;
Choose the payer’s number (the one linked to your Mobile Money account) and click on the "Validate" button;
You will be redirected to the CINETPAY payment platform where, for security reasons, you must once again enter your payer’s number, then click on "Pay (package amount) XAF";
Your MobileMoney or OrangeMoney operator will send you a notification for you to enter your PIN and validate the payment of the KWEEKK package initiated by CINETPAY ;
Once you have entered your PIN, you will be redirected to the CINETPAY page. Click on the "Return to site" button to get back to the KWEEKK application;
At the top of the page, on the left, click on KWEEKK to return to the HomePage where you will see a counter displaying your available Bonus Points and it’s time validity;

How to approve the application of a reduction?

In order for a Partner of the Plus Growth International Network (PPGIN) to apply you a reduction:

You must first enter your KWEEKK username in the required space of the application (web or mobile);
When it’s done and the PPGIN applies the reduction, you will receive a "Validation Request " notification with a link. Access your notifications by clicking on the CLOCK at the top right of the KWEEKK HomePage;
Click on the link, then Approve or Reject the application of this reduction;

How to consult my bonus points purchase history?

To access your Bonus Points purchase history :

Display the menu by clicking on your profile photo;
Click on "My account";
Then click on "My purchases".
